1. Service Agreement

By subscribing to Bolddesigns, you agree to receive unlimited design services as outlined in your chosen plan. Our designers will work on your projects according to the queue system, with typical turnaround times of 24-48 hours for most requests.

2. Design Request Process

You can submit unlimited design requests through our platform. Each request will be handled one at a time per queue, with revisions included until you're 100% satisfied. Requests include web design, UI/UX design, landing pages, mobile apps, graphics, and more.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. When paused, your billing cycle is frozen and will resume when you unpause. There are no contracts or commitments beyond the current month.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs created for you are 100% yours. Once delivered, you own all rights to the designs. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested. Source files are provided in Figma, Webflow, or your preferred format.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the high quality nature of our work, we don't offer refunds. However, we'll work with you until you're satisfied with each design. If you're not happy within the first 14 days, we'll work closely with you to make it right.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service with notice. We'll always notify active subscribers of any significant changes to the service or these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bolddesigns provides design services "as is" and makes no warranties beyond our commitment to quality work. We're not liable for any indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our designs.
